Your eHerkenning subscription renews automatically at the end of its term. You do not need to take any action.
Subscriptions are always renewed for the same duration as the original subscription. For example:
- A 1-year subscription will renew for another 1 year.
- A 3-year subscription will renew for another 3 years.
- A 5-year subscription will renew for another 5 years.
You will receive reminder emails from Digidentity 60, 45 and 30 days before your subscription renews.
Would you like to renew for a longer subscription term?
If you would like to switch to a longer subscription term, you can do this through the upgrade process.
- On your PC or laptop, log in at my.digidentity.eu .
- Click Products.
- Select the same eHerkenning product you currently have, but choose a longer subscription term. Then click Buy now.
- Your existing details will be retrieved automatically. Provide any additional information if requested.
- Complete the registration process. Your eHerkenning product will then have the new subscription term.
