If you are linked to multiple organisations (for example, if you manage more than one company, you can easily switch between them within the Self Service Portal.
Switching between organisations
- Log in to the Self Service Portal.
- In the top left corner, click on Organisations.
- Select the organisation you want to manage from the list.
- The dashboard will refresh and show the data for the selected organisation.
You can switch between organisations at any time by repeating these steps.
Important to know
- Each organisation has its own users, subscriptions, and settings.
Make sure you are in the correct organisation before inviting users or managing subscriptions.
