An authorisation to log in or request certificates on behalf of your organisation is issued for a fixed period. Once the authorisation has expired, it must be renewed.
Renewing an authorisation is free of charge. After renewal, the authorisation will be valid for another five years.
Please note: Digidentity automatically sends email reminders when your authorisation is about to expire.
Make sure your email address is up to date and regularly check your spam or junk folder.
Even if you do not receive a reminder, you remain responsible for renewing your authorisation on time.
Select the situation that applies to you below.
My authorisation has expired

My company does not have a Company Administrator
If your company has not appointed a Company Administrator, you must submit one or more authorisation letters.
The letters must be submitted by the authorised signatory named on the letter.

Has the letter expired? Request a new authorisation letter from the Service Desk by emailing helpdesk@digidentity.com.
Are you the owner of a sole proprietorship? In that case, you do not need to submit authorisation letters. The registration will usually be completed again almost immediately.

- On a PC or laptop, go to my.digidentity.eu and log in.
- Go to the Products tab.
- Click Continue next to the incomplete purchase.
- You can find it under Continue registration.
- You will be redirected to the authorisation page, where new authorisation letters will be created.
After the letters have been uploaded, they will be reviewed by the Service Desk. Once approved, you can immediately use your product again.
