You can manage multiple organisations from the same account.
You add an organisation by starting a registration for a business product and completing the company verification using the organisation’s Trade Register number.
How do I add an organisation?
Follow the steps below to add an organisation to your account:
- Go to www.digidentity.eu or open the Digidentity Wallet app.
- Select the business product you would like to request.
- Click Buy now and start the registration.
- Enter the organisation’s Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number during the company verification step.
- Complete the required verification steps.
Once the company verification has been completed successfully, the organisation will automatically be linked to your account.
Why can’t I see my organisation?
An organisation is only added to your account after you have started a business product registration and completed the company verification.
If you have not yet requested a product for that organisation, it will not appear in your account.
Can I manage multiple organisations?
Yes. You can manage multiple organisations from one Digidentity account.
We recommend using a single personal account for all organisations that you represent.
Creating multiple Digidentity accounts with different email addresses is usually unnecessary and may lead to confusion, duplicate costs, or difficulties managing your products and organisations.
Specific situation: sole proprietorship
