Do you need a higher level of eHerkenning? How to upgrade your eHerkenning:
- Log in via your account.
- Click on ‘Products’.
- Under eHerkenning, click ‘Purchase now’ and select the desired level and duration.
- Your details will be retrieved automatically. You can provide additional information if required.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you can immediately start using your new level or duration.
Billing
After payment and completion, you will receive a new invoice. This is a recalculation of your upgrade.
Please note: you are only eligible for credit if you select an equal or longer duration than your current product. If you choose a shorter duration, no pro-rata adjustment can be applied and you will need to pay the full amount for the new product.

Upgrade from eH Tax Authority to eH Complete
Do you currently have eHerkenning level 3 Tax Authority and want to access other portals as well? Then you can upgrade to eHerkenning level 3 Complete. This allows you to log in to all services that require level 3 or lower.
- Log in via your PC at my.digidentity.eu .
- Click on ‘Products’.
- Click ‘Purchase now’ for eHerkenning level 3 Complete.
- Complete the registration.
