You add an organisation to your Digidentity account by purchasing a product that is linked to a company.
This applies to products where you act on behalf of an organisation or request a product for a company, such as eHerkenning and other business-related services.
How does adding an organisation work?
During the application process, you will complete a company verification. Based on this verification, the organisation is automatically added to your account.
- The organisation is linked to a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number
- Your Digidentity account is personal
- You can manage multiple organisations within one account
How do I add an organisation?
Follow the steps below to add a new organisation:
- Go to my.digidentity.eu and log in
- Click on Products
- Select a product you want to request on behalf of an organisation (for example eHerkenning)
- Click Buy Now and start the application
- Enter the KvK number of the organisation
- Complete the verification steps
Once the application has been started and the verification is completed, the organisation will automatically be added to your account. You can then select it when logging in.
Why don’t I see my organisation yet?
An organisation is only added after you have started an application and completed the company verification.
If you have not yet requested a product for this organisation, it will not be visible in your account.
Please note: Use one personal account and manage all your organisations within that account.
Creating multiple accounts with different email addresses for different organisations is not necessary and is discouraged. This can lead to confusion, additional costs, and limited access to your organisations.
Specific situation: sole proprietorship
If you want to request a product for a sole proprietorship that you do not own, the owner must be involved in the application process.
