If you change your business form, for example from sole proprietorship to a ‘BV’, or if your old company has been dissolved, you must report this change to the KVK. If it concerns a change of business form, you can add a new authorisation to your account.

Do you no longer need to log in under the old KVK number? Then you can cancel the relevant authorisation.
How do I cancel my subscription or authorisation?
If your company has changed its legal name, but has retained the same KVK number, you should contact the service desk. We can manually adjust this information for you.
Changes or additions of trade names are not necessary or possible.
