- Complete any required authorisation steps
Note: eHerkenning Level 3 Belastingdienst is not sufficient.
Request administrator status
- Log in via my.digidentity.eu
- Go to Companies
- Select your company
- Go to Org and me
- Click Become company administrator
If your status shows Approved, you already have access.
If additional steps are required (such as signing authorisation letters), follow the instructions in your account.
Why is an additional authorisation required?
With eHerkenning, you log in as an individual. As a Company Administrator, you act on behalf of your organisation.
This allows you to invite users, manage authorisations and approve requests. Because of these extended permissions, additional authorisation is required.
Can I approve other Company Administrators?
No. You can only approve other Company Administrators if you have the Company Administrator Level 4 product .
