Become a Company Administrator
To become a company administrator, you must:
- Have eHerkenning Level 3 Complete or higher;
- Request administrator status in your account;
- Complete any required authorisation steps.
Note: eHerkenning Level 3 Belastingdienst is not sufficient (!)
How to request Company Administrator access
- Log in via my.digidentity.eu
- Go to Companies
- Select your company
- Open Org and me
- Click Become company administrator
If your status shows Approved, you already have access.
If additional steps are required (e.g. signing letters), follow the instructions shown.
Why is an additional authorisation required?
Your eHerkenning only allows you to log in as yourself. A company administrator can manage users and authorisations for the entire organisation.
Because of these extended permissions, additional authorisation is required.
What can a Company Administrator do?
- Invite employees (e.g., for eHerkenning or eSignatures)
- Adjust an employee's authorisations
- Request chain authorisations (as an intermediary)
- Grant chain authorisations (to your intermediary)
- Approve or reject employee applications
- Access billing information
Can I approve other administrators?
No. you can only approve other Company Administrators if you have our Company Administrator Level 4 product.
Multiple companies
To manage multiple companies:
- Purchase eHerkenning complete for each company;
- Request administrator access per company.
