Does your organisation have a Company Administrator? If so, they can approve authorisation requests from employees (for example, for eHerkenning).
When an employee registers using your organisation’s trade registry number, the Company Administrator will receive an email notification.
Are you a Company Administrator and want to approve an employee’s authorisation?
Follow the steps below in the Self Service Portal.
Approving a user's authorisation
- Go to the Self Service Portal and log in
- Select your organisation
- Go to the Users tab
- Select the relevant employee
- Click Approve
After approval, the employee can complete the registration.
What happens after approval?
Once you have approved the authorisation, the employee can use the product for which the authorisation was requested.
