Important:
Only Company Administrators can invite users. The Company Administrator role is a special role within Digidentity and requires a separate authorisation.
Not a Company Administrator yet?
Read here how to become a Company Administrator
How does it work?
As a Company Administrator, you can invite users to register for a specific product, such as eHerkenning, on behalf of your organisation.
- The user receives an invitation by email
- The user completes the registration themselves
- Company details and any coupon code are filled in automatically
- You maintain oversight of all registration requests
- The Company Administrator receives the invoices for all registrations initiated by the organisation. These invoices are available in the Self Service Portal (SSP) under Invoices.
Note: Users can also start a registration themselves. In that case, they must enter the correct company details and, if applicable, a coupon code. If a Company Administrator is present, they will receive a notification to approve the user.
Roles and eHerkenning authorisations
Do you want to give a user limited access instead of access to all available eHerkenning authorisations?
