Do you want to give an employee access to eHerkenning on behalf of your organisation? How this works depends on whether you are a Company Administrator.
Are you a Company Administrator?
Then you can invite employees via the Self Service Portal, or let the employee start an application themselves.
Are you not a Company Administrator?
Then the employee must start the application themselves. During the application process, authorisation letters will automatically be generated.
I am a Company Administrator
As a Company Administrator, you can invite employees and manage authorisations via the Self Service Portal.
Option 1: invite an employee via the Self Service Portal
- Log in to the Self Service Portal .
- Select your organisation.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Click Add user or Invite.
- Enter the employee’s details.
- Assign the required authorisations.
- Complete the invitation process.
The employee will then receive an email with instructions to complete the registration.
Option 2: the employee starts the application themselves
An employee can also start an application themselves via our website.
During the application process, the system automatically checks whether a Company Administrator already exists for the organisation.
If this is the case, the authorisation request will automatically be sent to you for approval.
- Log in to the Self Service Portal.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Select the relevant employee.
- Click Approve.
After approval, the employee can complete the registration and start using the product.
I am not a Company Administrator
If you are not a Company Administrator, the employee must start the application themselves via our website.
During the application process, authorisation letters will automatically be generated.
These documents must be completed and signed by an authorised representative of the organisation.
Once the documents have been approved, the employee can complete the registration and start using the product.
