After you submit an authorisation letter, its signature is reviewed manually by our Service Desk. This usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes during office hours on business days, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.
Your registration may remain incomplete until this review has been completed. You will receive a notification when the letter has been approved or rejected.
