If you have received the 'Green Tiger' error message when submitting Letters of Attorney, Company Administrator, or Employee statements, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The letter(s) have expired: These letters are valid for 14 days. After this timeframe, you will receive an error message.
- The letter(s) have been rejected too many times: The letter file will be blocked after a maximum of 5 unsuccessful attempts. Following this, you will receive the stated error message.
