If you have received the 'Green Tiger' error message when submitting a letter of authorisation, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The letter(s) have expired: These letters are valid for 30 days. After this timeframe, you will receive an error message. You can easily request a new authorisation letter via the registration:
- Go to your eHerkenning registration
- Click on ‘here’ under “Need more time to sign the letter?” to request a new authorisation letter
- Download and sign the new authorisation letter
- Submit the signed letter again using the QR code

The letter(s) have been rejected too many times: The letter file will be blocked after a maximum of 5 unsuccessful attempts. Following this, you will receive the stated error message. In this case, you must contact the service desk at helpdesk@digidentity.com
