An authorisation letter must be signed and submitted by the authorised signatory named on the letter.
Each authorised signatory must submit their own letter according to the instructions provided on the letter.
How to submit your authorisation letter
- Print the complete authorisation letter.
- The authorised signatory named on the letter must sign it with a wet signature.
- Open the Digidentity Wallet app.
- Select Scan QR code.
- Scan the QR code printed on the authorisation letter.
- Take a clear photo of the entire signed letter.
- Follow the steps in the app to provide the authorised signatory's identity document and selfie.

Important
- The person named on the letter must sign and submit the letter themselves.
- The signature on the letter must match the signature on that person's identity document.
- Submit a photo of the original printed letter. Photos of a screen or digitally signed letters are not accepted.
- Make sure the entire letter is visible and clearly readable.
- Do not change or edit the information on the letter.
- The identity document and selfie must belong to the authorised signatory submitting the letter.
Authorisation letters cannot be submitted by email. Always follow the instructions on the letter and submit it through the Digidentity Wallet app.
Submitting multiple authorisation letters
If you have multiple authorisation letters, how you submit them depends on who the letters are addressed to.
Multiple letters for the same authorised signatory
The authorised signatory can submit these within the same session. When prompted in the app, select I signed one more and scan the next letter.
Letters for different authorised signatories
Each authorised signatory must submit their own letter separately. After submitting the first person's letter, select No more letters from me.
The next authorised signatory must then start a new submission by scanning the QR code on the letter addressed to them.
When will my authorisation letter be reviewed?
Authorisation letters are reviewed by Digidentity during our office hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET.
Once the review has been completed, you will receive confirmation of the outcome. If a letter is rejected, follow the instructions provided to submit it again.
