-
The letter must be submitted by the organisation's authorised signatory. The authorised signatory is the first person name listed on the letter.
-
A photo must be taken of the printed letter. A photo of a screen is not permitted.
-
Give, or send, the letter to the authorised signatory so that he or she can go through the steps themselves.
-
The letter must have a wet signature. A digital signature is not allowed
-
A photo must be taken of the entire letter.
-
The letter may not be modified. If the information is incorrect, please contact the Service Desk.

The identification document must be that of the authorised signatory.
-
A photo must be taken of an original ID. A scan or copy of an ID is not permitted.
-
A photo must be taken of the entire ID. Making certain authenticity features illegible is not permitted.
-
Be aware of any glare from light sources. The ID must be clearly legible.
-
No other persons other than the authorised signatory may be visible in the selfies.
Submitting multiple letters in one session
When multiple letters are created for the same authorised signatory, these letters can be delivered in one session. Please note the following points:- Do you have letters for multiple authorised signatories? After scanning the first letter, click on 'No more letters from me'. This will prevent the ID of authorised signatory A from being linked to the letter for authorised signatory B.
- Do you have multiple letters for one and the same authorised signatory? Then click 'I signed one more'. This way the authorised signatory can upload multiple letters within one session.
