You can log in to My Digidentity in two different ways:
- Using the Digidentity Wallet app (approve with your 5-digit PIN)
- Using your email address and account password (backup login method)
Please select the situation that applies to you below.
I forgot my 5-digit PIN (Wallet app)
Your 5-digit PIN is used to access the Digidentity Wallet app to use your products.
If you have forgotten your PIN, or entered it incorrectly too many times, you must complete the account recovery process.
During recovery, you will verify your identity again for security reasons and create a new PIN.

I forgot my account password (Web login)
Your password is a backup login method used when signing in with your email address on the My Digidentity website.
If you normally log in using the Wallet app, you may not need your password. You can log in using your 5-digit PIN instead.
Important: Resetting your password does not reset your PIN for the Digidentity Wallet app.
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Go to https://my.digidentity.eu/ and select "Use your email address"
- Enter your email address
- Select "Forgot your password?"
- Enter the account recovery code sent to your email address
- Confirm using your two-factor authentication (SMS code or Digidentity Wallet app)
- Answer your security question
- Enter and confirm your new password
If you have also lost access to your two-factor authentication (for example, you have a new phone or phone number), you must complete the full account recovery process: Account recovery
Using your updated account
After resetting your password, you can log in to My Digidentity using your email address and new password.
