An overview of all pending, approved, and rejected applications can be viewed in the SSP. To approve a new user, the organisation's administrator can take the follow steps:
- Log in on the Digidentity Self Service Portal.
- Select your organisation
- Select the 'Users' tab on the left
- Select 'Authorisation requests' from the sub-tab options
- Here you can 'Approve' or 'Reject' users
