Whether you can remove a product from your Digidentity Wallet depends on the status of the product.
There are two possible situations:
- You already have an active product
- You started a registration but did not complete it
The steps differ for each case.
If you have an active product subscription
Active products cannot be removed directly from the Digidentity Wallet app.
To stop using a product, you must cancel the subscription in the Self Service Portal.
To cancel your subscription
- Log in to the Self Service Portal using a PC or laptop.
- Select your organisation.
- Go to My Products.
- Select the product you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
After cancelling the automatic renewal, you can continue using the product until the end date of your current subscription.
Once the subscription expires, the product will automatically disappear from your Digidentity Wallet app.
If your product shows the label “Incomplete”
If the product registration has not been completed, it will appear in your wallet with the label “Incomplete”.
This can happen if you started a registration but did not finish it, or if you've performed account recovery process.
⚠️ Important: Only cancel the registration if you no longer need the product.
If you are trying to recover access to your account or finish your registration, you should continue the registration instead of cancelling it.
To cancel an incomplete registration
- Open the Digidentity Wallet app.
- Tap the product with the Incomplete label.
- Select Cancel registration.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The product will then be removed from your wallet.
