Would you like to cancel your subscription? Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Self Service Portal using your PC or laptop.
- Select your organisation.
- Go to “My products” and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel subscription”.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After cancelling the automatic renewal, you can continue using the product until the original end date of your current subscription.
If you no longer have access to your account, please follow the instructions for account recovery.

Cancelled your subscription by mistake?
If you cancelled your subscription by mistake, you can reverse the cancellation via “My Products”.
Please note: this is only possible as long as the subscription has not yet expired.
Digidentity Wallet
Once the subscription period has ended, the product will automatically be removed from the Digidentity Wallet app.
