If you have forgotten your password or have lost access to your two-factor authentication, it is possible to recover one of these details by following the instructions in the appropriate page below:
If you have lost both of these details however, for security unfortunately it will not be possible for you to access your Digidentity account. This means that you will need to register anew.
As it's only possible to have one Digidentity account per email address, there are two ways you can continue from here:
Do you have another email address you can use?
In this case, you can follow the registration steps for the product you need and create a new Digidentity account using another email address.
Only have one email address?
In order for you to create a new Digidentity account using the same email address, we will need to deactivate your original account. In this case, please contact our service desk from the email address your Digidentity account is registered to, including the following information:
- Confirmation that you have forgotten your login details and would like us to deactivate the account to register again
- Your full name (including any middle names)
- Your date of birth
Once our team have received this request, we will proceed with the deactivation and contact you as soon as it is possible to re-register.
