If you enter your pincode incorrectly too many times on the Digidentity app, your account will also be blocked. Please contact our service desk for assistance at: helpdesk@digidentity.com.
Digidentity Login Page
If you enter your password incorrectly too many times in a row on the Digidentity login page, your account will be temporarily blocked for 15 minutes. Once this temporary block has expired you can try to log in again, however if this happens multiple times in a row, you will receive a message that your account has been blocked.
If you believe that your account has been permanently blocked, please contact our service desk for assistance at: helpdesk@digidentity.com.
If your account has been blocked due to multiple Identity document upload attempts, please email us at helpdesk@digidentity.com, and we will assist you in resetting your account.
