Depending on your organisation’s structure and registered signing authority, one or more Letters of Authorisation may be required.
This is based on the official registration in the Dutch Trade Register (KvK) and forms part of the eHerkenning process.
Scenario 1: One letter with multiple authorised signatories
If multiple independently authorised signatories are listed on a single letter, only one of them needs to sign and submit the document.
Scenario 2: Multiple letters per authorised signatory
In some cases, you will receive multiple Letters of Authorisation, each intended for a specific authorised signatory.
In this situation, all letters must be signed and submitted to complete your application.
- Each authorised signatory receives their own letter
- The correct person must sign and submit their own letter
- The name of the signatory is shown at the top of each letter
Please note: The number of letters you receive reflects the required approvals based on the Trade Register.
