During the registration of a product, you must verify your identity using your identity document. This step is completed in the Digidentity Wallet app.
Start the identity verification
- Start the registration for your product (via the website or the app).
Continue based on the device you are using:

The Digidentity Wallet app will automatically and guide you through the verification.
- Follow the instructions to scan your ID document
- Complete the face and liveness checks

A QR code will appear on your screen. Use your phone to continue.
- Open the Digidentity Wallet app on your phone
- Tap Scan QR code icon
- Scan the QR code shown on your computer
- Follow the instructions in the app

After uploading
Your document will be processed. This usually takes a few minutes. The registration automatically continues afterwards.
