Digidentity cannot verify your identity based on documents sent by email, post, or through contact forms.
Important: For your own security, please do not send identity documents by email. Identity documents received by email cannot be used to complete identity verification.
Can I send my identity document by email?
No. For security and compliance reasons, Digidentity cannot verify your identity based on documents sent by email.
Identity verification involves more than reviewing a copy of an identity document. During the verification process, additional security checks are performed to validate the document and confirm that it belongs to the person completing the registration.
These checks can only be completed through the Digidentity Wallet app.
Can I send my identity document by post?
No. Digidentity does not process identity verification requests based on physical documents, certified copies, photocopies, or printed scans sent by post.
All identity verifications must be completed digitally through the Digidentity Wallet app.
What if I am unable to complete the identity verification?
