How can I check the status of my product registration?

You can check the status of your Digidentity product registration in the Digidentity Wallet app or by logging into My Digidentity in your browser.

Check your registration status in the Wallet app

1. Open the Digidentity Wallet app on your phone.
2. Log in with your 5-digit PIN.
3. Select the product you are registering for.
4. Select Continue Registration
5. You will see the current step and the status of your registration.

If your registration is not yet complete, you can continue from the step shown in the app.

Check your registration status in My Digidentity

1. Go to My Digidentity in your browser.
2. Log in using your 5-digit PIN or your password.
3. Select Products.
4. Under Continue registration, select your product.
5. You will see the current step and the status of your registration.

If your registration is not yet complete, you can continue from the step shown.

If you cannot find your product in the Wallet app or in My Digidentity, or you are unable to continue your registration, please contact our Service Desk.
