Once you have set up your login details and started the registration process for a product, it becomes linked to your Digidentity account. Any progress you make will be saved automatically. If you log out or stop partway through, you can simply log back in and continue where you left off. You will not need to start again; you will resume from the last completed step.
The way you continue the registration process depends on whether you are using a desktop computer or a smartphone.
⚠️ NOTE: If you are returning to a General Medical Council Identity Check registration, please follow the steps under “using a smartphone only” below. This process can only be completed on a smartphone.
Continue registration using a PC or Laptop
- Log in at my.digidentity.eu using your Digidentity credentials.
- After logging in, you will be taken to your Account page. Here you will see an overview of your account information and any services for which you have started a registration. Products that are still pending completion will appear under Continue Registration.
- Click Continue on the product you would like to continue the registration for.
- After clicking Continue, you will be taken directly back to where you left off in the registration process.
Continue registration using a smartphone
- Open the Digidentity Wallet app on your smartphone.
- You will arrive at the Log In section of your identity wallet. If you wish to use a different certificate, select the Switch icon in the top-right corner of the app to choose a different certificate.
- Enter your 5-digit certificate PIN code to unlock the Wallet and log in to your account.
- Once logged in, you will be taken to your Wallet, where you can view your profile.
- Select Add your first service (or Add another service if you have already completed a registration for another service).
- Under the heading Continue Registration, select/tap the service you want to continue.
- Once you select the service you wish to continue, you will be immediately redirected to the point where you left off in the registration process.
