It is not possible to register a Digidentity account on behalf of someone else. Digidentity accounts are issued to individuals, and all required information must be provided directly by the account holder.
We understand that some individuals may need assistance. You are welcome to help someone complete their verification, but the account holder must be present and aware of all information submitted on their behalf.
If you are assisting someone, we can only support the verification process when the account holder is present and gives verbal permission for us to speak with you. This means that if you require help during verification, you must contact us by phone while the account holder is in the room. Our support team cannot assist via live chat or email in these situations.
