When you or one of your employees does not see the chain authorization when logging in, it is likely that not all steps have been completed. After you have requested a chain authorization, you still need to assign it to your employees. This does not happen automatically.
Therefore, do not forget to complete Step 3. Assigning the authorisation to an employee for all your employees. Even if you are the company administrator and wish to log in yourself, you must also complete this step.
