You can only use the Digidentity Wallet on one device at a time.
This is a security measure to help protect your identity and the products stored in your Digidentity Wallet.
Why is only one device allowed?
Your Digidentity Wallet contains sensitive information and access to your digital identity.
By limiting the Wallet to a single device, we reduce the risk of unauthorised access and help keep your account secure.
What happens if multiple devices are detected?
If multiple devices are detected, this may be flagged as unusual activity.
To protect your account, access may be temporarily restricted until the situation has been verified.
Got a new phone?
If you have a new phone, you can set up the Digidentity Wallet again on your new device.
During this process:
- Your previous device will be automatically deactivated
- Your account and products will remain available on your new device once setup is complete
Summary
- You can use the Digidentity Wallet on one device only
- This helps protect your identity and products
- Switching to a new device is supported
- Multiple devices may trigger a temporary security restriction
