When you do not receive a notification in the Digidenity Wallet, this can have multiple causes.
Check your phone's settings and connection
When you do not receive a notication on your phone, you may need to check your connection and your phone's settings.
Troubleshooting:
- Check your internet connection. (If using mobile data switch to Wifi, If using Wiki switch to mobile data).
- Update the app to the most recent version.
- Check your device for any software updates and perform any that are due.
- Make sure that notifications are enabled for the app on your device.
- Disable the VPN on your device (if one is active).
- Restart your device.
Do these solutions not solve your issue? Then you will need to regain access to your account.
The notication is send to a different device
If you are not receiving notifications, this may be because your eSignature product is still registered to a previous device.
