eHerkenning is a personal product. It is not permitted to share this product with others. If no company administrator is registered and an additional employee in your company needs eHerkenning, that person must purchase an eHerkenning product for himself.
During the registration process, the employee will enter the company’s Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number. A letter of authorisation will then be generated automatically.
This letter must be signed by the authorised representative of the company in order to complete the application.
Become a Company Administrator
If you want to become a Company Administrator, you can invite employees, approve authorisations, and manage them through Digidentity’s Self-Service Portal.
This means there is no need to generate authorization letters, making the process faster and easier, especially when you want to authorise multiple employees.
