eHerkenning is a personal login tool that is linked to one or more Chamber of Commerce numbers. Every employee who needs to log in with eHerkenning, must purchase eHerkenning per company within the personal account.
Please note: It is not permitted to transfer a Digidentity account to another person. Using someone else's eHerkenning is considered as fraud. In the event of suspicion of fraud, Digidentity will immediately block the account in question.
Register a new account and start registration
Follow the steps below to start a new registration:
- Go to Digidentity.eu
- Scroll down to the correct resource and click 'Register Now';
- Enter your email address and fill in the security code. You will receive this by email;
- Click 'Continue' for the remedy of your choice.
Cancellation
If an employee has departed your company, you can cancel their subscription. To do this, send an email to debiteuren@digidentity.com with the following information:
- The email address of the account;
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number;
- Client / Customer number;
- Invoice number.
Our Finance Department will contact you to arrange the cancellation.
