If you have been filling out your registration with us on the same smartphone or tablet where you have the Digidentity Wallet app installed, you will need to use the 'Open app' button on our web page to start uploading a document. The app will then open on your device ready to photograph your document.
If the 'Open app' button does not work when you tap it, please check the following:
- Ensure you have downloaded the correct app, called 'Digidentity Wallet'
- Open the app store on your device and make sure the Digidentity Wallet app is fully updated
- Close the Digidentity Wallet app fully to make sure it is not running in the background. Then return to your registration to try tapping the 'Open app' button again
- Make sure you have opened the Digidentity registration web page on the same device where you have the app installed

If you have not been able to start your upload after checking the tips above and have access to a computer or laptop, you can also try uploading your document by scanning a QR code from your computer screen. For more information, please see: How do I upload my identity document?
