If you have changed address since creating your Digidentity account, it is important that you update your details on your Digidentity account.
When you update your address in your Digidentity account, we will reprocess your details to ensure we can still verify your identity, if required by your product. For this reason, when you have changed address, please add your new information using the 'Add a new address' option rather than editing your existing details. Please follow the steps below to add your updated information:
Updating your address
- Log in to your account page via https://my.digidentity.eu/addresses
- Once logged in, select 'Add new address'
- Once your information is updated, return to your account page by going to the menu in the top-right of the page and selecting 'Account'
- On the next page, find the Continue Registration section and select 'Continue'. You will then be asked to confirm any changes you've made
