It is not possible to change personal details such as your name or date of birth within your Digidentity account.
Digidentity only works with verified identity data, which is sourced directly from the identity document you provided during the registration and verification process. For security and compliance reasons, these details cannot be manually edited in your account.
If you have legally changed your name, or if any details were captured incorrectly during the identity document upload, please contact the Service Desk so we can review your case and advise on the next steps.
