Payment for all eHerkenning subscriptions will now take place during registration. You can pay with a credit card, or via iDEAL.
Whether you pay immediately, or afterwards, depends on whether your company has appointed a company administrator within Digidentity.
If you decide to upgrade your eHerkenning subscription to a higher tier or a longer-term plan before your current subscription ends, the number of remaining days on your current subscription will be deducted from your new subscription cost.
The costs remaining after this settlement will be charged during registration for the higher eHerkenning subscription if you:
- You are the company administrator appointed by your company at Digidentity.
- You are an employee of a company that has not yet appointed a company manager at Digidentity.
If your company has already appointed a company administrator at Digidentity and you are not this administrator, the invoice will be sent to your company administrator by email.
If you have been re-directed to the in-registration payment screen, but you have been invited to register by a company administrator - please check with your company administrator to make sure that there are no open invoices under your account.
