If your downloaded PKIo SBR certificate appears with the file extension ‘undefined’, you can easily correct this by renaming the file to .pfx. Follow the steps below:
- Right-click the downloaded file
- Select ‘Rename’
- Replace the text ‘undefined’ with .pfx
- Confirm the change if your computer prompts you
You do not need to request a new certificate. Doing so may incur additional costs.
