An SBR certificate (also known as a Digipoort certificate) is a PKIo certificate primarily used for secure communication with the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst). It is typically installed within accounting or tax software.
An SBR certificate issued under the G1 Root is available with a validity of 1 or 2 years. Unlike server certificates, it does not contain a domain name.
- You can request a PKIo SBR certificate via the Self Service Portal.
- Before doing so, you must first register for the Digidentity Certificate Manager.
