Identification and authorisation
Before the certificate can be issued, the identity of the person who
will use the Seal
must first be verified.
The person completing the registration is therefore the
only person who can apply the eSeal
on behalf of the organisation, unless a second registration is performed.
The person using the eSeal does not necessarily need to be legally authorised
to sign for the organisation.
If an employee applies for an eSeal, authorisation letters can be used.
These are automatically generated
during the registration process.
