How do I purchase an eSeal?

To start the registration, please use the links below. Make sure you have a valid identity document, a phone, and a laptop or PC available during the process.

• Click the green “Start registration” button at the bottom left
• Create an account
• Complete all registration steps
• You may be required to upload additional letters or documents. For more information, you can watch this video.
• Once the registration is complete, you can immediately begin signing documents.

Before the certificate can be issued, the identity of the person who will use the Seal must first be verified.

The person completing the registration is therefore the only person who can apply the eSeal on behalf of the organisation, unless a second registration is performed. The person using the eSeal does not necessarily need to be legally authorised to sign for the organisation.

If an employee applies for an eSeal, authorisation letters can be used. These are automatically generated during the registration process.

Digidentity can complete the entire registration process digitally and remotely. You scan the NFC chip of your identity document using your phone. No physical appointments are required, and the registration can be completed within approximately 30 minutes. We do not charge additional registration fees, subscription fees, or support fees.
