A common error message within the EPREL environment concerns the 'organisation identifier'. It is often stated within this error message that the Seal does not match the organisation. If this happens, there is usually nothing wrong with the eSeal certificate. In the EPREL environment, the KVK number must be manually filled in with the EPREL registration and the 'Identity Type Reference code' must be changed to 'NTR'.
