eSeal International allows authorised signatories and company representatives from eligible countries outside the Netherlands to sign documents on behalf of their organisation using a Qualified Electronic Seal. This solution is designed for organisations that require a legally valid, high-assurance electronic seal that complies with the eIDAS Regulation.
Eligible countries
Companies must be registered in one of the following countries to apply:
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden.
Requirements
- A valid identity document with an NFC chip
- A smartphone to scan the NFC chip
- Your organisation’s National Trade Register (NTR) number
