You can revoke an employee’s authorisations by deactivating them, for example if they have left the organisation or should no longer use eHerkenning or eSGN on its behalf.
How to deactivate an employee:
- Log in to the Self Service Portal;
- Click on your organisation;
- Click ‘Users’;
- Click the name of the user in question.
- Important: click the name itself and not the checkbox next to it.
- Click ‘Deactivate’.
The employee will be removed from the overview and will no longer have access to services on behalf of your organisation.
