Our eSGN portal is not compatible with interactive PDF documents. However, you can flatten your PDF document. This means that the interactive elements (such as form fields) will be removed from the document.
You can do this as follows:
Open the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Fill in the required information.
Click File and then Print.
Under Printer, select PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF).
Click Save as PDF.
Choose a file location and click Save.
The document will now be flattened and saved to the selected location. You can then upload this file again via esgn.digidentity.eu and add your signature.
