The Digidentity Wallet app securely stores your products and works similarly to an authenticator app. You use your 5-digit PIN to log in and use your products.
Do you have a new phone? Then you need to set up your Digidentity Wallet again on your new device.
How to restore access to your account:
- Install the Digidentity Wallet app
- Tap Log in
- Enter your email address
- Enter the verification code you receive
- Select Start recovery
- Complete the identity verification
- Set a new 5-digit PIN
During the recovery process:
- a new authenticator (5-digit PIN) is created on your new device
- the authenticators on your old device is automatically deactivated
- your identity is verified again
This process is free of charge.
Important: Always use the same email address you originally used to request your Digidentity products. If you use a different email address, you may restore an empty account without any products.
After restoring access to your account, you can immediately use your products again.
