- Cause: - Too Many Requests.
- Troubleshooting: - Our platform is currently experiencing a high volume of requests. Please try again later.
Green Tiger
- Cause - App could not connect.
- Troubleshooting: - The app is unable to reach the server due to an issue on our end. Please try again later.
Lemon Turtle
- Cause - Product cannot be purchased - You have tried to select a service that is not available to you.
- Troubleshooting: - Please double check which service you require.
Maroon Parrot
- Cause: - Unsupported device.
- Troubleshooting: - The device you are attempting to use is not supported. For security reasons the app cannot be used, in order to proceed please try using another device which is supported.
Orange Dolphin
- Cause: - No internet connection - it looks like your device is not connected to the internet.
- Troubleshooting: - Check your internet connection.
- If using mobile data switch to a secure Wifi connection. If using Wifi switch to mobile data if possible. Try again.
Pink Fox
- Cause: - Something went wrong when enabling notifications.
- Troubleshooting: - Check your internet connection. (If using mobile data switch to Wifi, If using Wiki switch to mobile data).
- Re-start your device then try again.
Red Octopus
- Cause: - Service Interruptions.
- Troubleshooting: - We are experiencing technical difficulties. Our team is working to restore access, please try again later.
White Whale
- Cause: - This is a generic error - our system is unable to classify the error.
- Troubleshooting: - Check your internet connection. (If using mobile data switch to Wifi, If using Wiki switch to mobile data).
- Update the app to the most recent version.
- Check your device for any software updates and perform any that are due.
- Make sure that notifications are enabled for the app on your device.
- Disable the VPN on your device (if one is active).
- Restart your device.
Yellow Pigeon
- Cause: - This is a generic error - our system is unable to classify the error.
- Troubleshooting: - Check your internet connection. (If using mobile data switch to Wifi, if using Wifi switch to mobile data).
