After submitting your documents, it may in some cases be necessary for your account to undergo an additional manual review. During this process, one of our staff members will check your information to ensure it meets the required standards.
A manual review is usually completed within 30 to 60 minutes.
However, if your account needs to be reviewed outside our opening hours, the verification may take longer to complete.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Because the manual review is the final step in the verification process, you will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been approved. You do not need to keep the Digidentity webpage open while the review is being carried out.
