After submitting your documents, it may in some cases be necessary for your account to undergo an additional manual review. During this process, one of our staff members will check your information to ensure it meets the required standards.
Manual reviews are carried out during our opening hours and are usually completed within 30 to 60 minutes.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. If you submit your documents outside these hours, any required manual review will be picked up on the next working day.
Because the manual review is the final step in the verification process, you will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been approved. You do not need to keep the Digidentity webpage open while the review is being carried out.
