When completing the registration process for a Digidentity service, you are required to upload a valid passport, driving licence, or ID card as part of the verification process.
Please note that accessing that accessing your subscription will not be affected if your identity document expires after you have completed the registration process. However, you will be asked to upload a new identity document in the following situations:
- When registering for a separate Digidentity service that differs from the previously completed registration;
- When renewing a product that had been completed in the past;
- In circumstances which require the Service Desk to remove your uploaded identity document from your account.
