If you wish to delete your Digidentity account and all associated personal data, please log in to your account here. After logging in, you can choose from two options in the ‘Settings’ section.
Option 1: ‘Deactivate my account’
This option cancels your account, but your data will remain in our system for 30 days. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account at any time during this period simply by logging in again.
If you do not log in within these 30 days, your account will be placed in the queue for permanent deletion. Once the deletion process has begun, it cannot be reversed, and your data will be removed from our system within 24 hours.
Option 2: ‘Delete my account’
This option immediately cancels your Digidentity account and starts the deletion process. Once deletion has been confirmed, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system within 24 hours. This process is irreversible.
After your account has been cancelled
If you decide to create a new Digidentity account in the future, you may register again using the same email address once your personal data has been fully removed from our system.
