For additional rights in the Self Service Portal, the Digidentity Certificate Manager product can be purchased. This allows employees to view certificate requests and revoke certificates within the organization. The product is free . The Digidentity Certificate Manager product can be purchased as follows:
- On a laptop or PC, log into your Digidentity account via: my.digidentity.eu.
- Click on 'Services'
- Click on 'Buy now' for the 'Digidentity Certificate Manager' product
- Complete the registration process.
Once you have done the above, you will be able to see all certificate requests within your organisation. You can also revoke certificates or delete unfinished certificate requests.
